Warm beef and noodle salad

Serving Size



  • 2 x 200gm packets Udon or Hokkein noodles- prepare to instructions on pack.
  • 300gms thin rib fillet
  • 1 small red onion - sliced thinly
  • 1/2 cup SS Red capsicum and coriander Mayonnaise
  • 1 small or ½ large red capsicum - sliced into strips
  • 1 small or ½ large green capsicum - sliced into strips

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat frypan to high heat,
  2. Add a little oil, and cook steak until just med rare - remove and place on a plate to rest.
  3. Warm noodles, and toss SS Red Capsicum and Coriander Mayonnaise through until well coated.
  4. Toss throughthe warm noodles the capsicum strips and red onion rings.
  5. Place noodles in a large serving bowl, slice steak into fine strips and place on top of noodles and serve
