Lemongrass, Kaffir Lime and Chilli Chicken Salad Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped rotisserie chicken
- 1/2 cup Simply Stirred Lemon grass, Kaffir Lime and Chilli Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/3 cup diced carrot
- 1/3 cup diced red onion
- 2 tbsp. mustard
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- Paprika and freshly ground pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions
In a large bowl, begin by combining the chicken, mayonnaise, celery, carrot, red onions, mustard, and paprika. Mix all of the ingredients until they are well combined.
Serve this delicious and zesty chicken salad on your choice of freshly-baked rolls, or crusty bread. For anyone with gluten intolerance, this recipe can easily be served on gluten free bread.
