These are our latest results from the Royal Hobart Fine Food Show. It’s always an exciting time of the year when you get to offer your lovingly made products to a group of “foodie” judges who will tell you in no uncertain terms what they think!

With our mayonnaise range only launched late in 2010, a food show is a great chance to measure your product against a high standard, so off the samples went to Hobart. Amongst hundreds of products we snared a medal for each of the five new mayonnaise flavours. (We sent 4 other products just for fun and won a medal for each one of these as well!)

If you want the GOLD medal winners go for the ever-popular Roasted Garlic Aioli or Lime Chilli and Coriander: Both a perfect choice with seafood. Our silver medal winner was the smooth and tasty Lemon and Dill, with Red Capsicum and Coriander and Lemongrass, Kaffir Lime and Chilli both taking out the bronze medals.
