Ingredients
- 2 x 200gm packets Udon or Hokkein noodles- prepare to instructions on pack.
- 300gms thin rib fillet-
- 1 small red onion- sliced thinly
- 1/2 cup SS Red capsicum and coriander Mayonnaise
- 1 small or ½ large red capsicum- sliced into strips
- 1 small or ½ large green capsicum- sliced into strips
Cooking Directions
- Heat frypan to high heat,
- Add a little oil, and cook steak until just med rare- remove and place on a plate to rest.
- Warm noodles, and toss SS Red Capsicum and Coriander Mayonnaise through until well coated.
- Toss throughthe warm noodles the capsicum strips and red onion rings.
- Place noodles in a large serving bowl, slice steak into fine strips and place on top of noodles and serve,
