Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 400g firm tofu diced
- 2 cups mixed sliced vegetables
- 1 cup snow peas
- 1/2 cup roasted cashews
- cooked rice to serve
- 1/2 cup SIMPLY STIRRED ROASTED CHILLI AND SESAME MARINADE
Cooking Directions
- Marinade tofu in SIMPLY STIRRED ROASTED CHILLI AND SESAME MARINADE for 20 mins.
- Place oil in wok and stirfry vegetables for 2-3 mins.
- Remove and set aside .
- Re heat wok and stir fry tofu until lightly browned, return vegetables to the wok adding a little more marinade if needed.
- Divide into four bowls and serve with cooked rice and sprinkle with cashews.
