Tofu Cashew and Snow Pea Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 400g firm tofu diced
  • 2 cups mixed sliced vegetables
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 1/2 cup roasted cashews
  • cooked rice to serve
  • 1/2 cup SIMPLY STIRRED ROASTED CHILLI AND SESAME MARINADE

Cooking Directions

  1. Marinade tofu in SIMPLY STIRRED ROASTED CHILLI AND SESAME MARINADE for 20 mins.
  2. Place oil in wok and stirfry vegetables for 2-3 mins.
  3. Remove and set aside .
  4. Re heat wok and stir fry tofu until lightly browned, return vegetables to the wok adding a little more marinade if needed.
  5. Divide into four bowls and serve with cooked rice and sprinkle with cashews.
