Ingredients
- 500g swordfish steaks diced
- 1 tablespoon freshly cracked black pepper
- peanut oil
- 1 onion sliced
- 2 bunches baby bok choy
- 100g shiitake mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon roasted sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup SIMPLY STIRRED ROASTED CHILLI AND SESAME MARINADE.
Cooking Directions
- Dip the swordfish into the pepper. Heat wok with the peanut oil and stir fry swordfish in batches. Remove and keep warm. Re heat the wok and add the onions, bok choy and mushrooms. Saute till wilted. Add SIMPLY STIRRED ROASTED CHILLI AND SESAME MARINADE and mix till heated. Return swordfish to wok and mix through. Divide between four plates spooning over sauce and finish with a sprinkling of sesame seeds.
