Ingredients
- 400g small squid tubes- cleaned
- 4 tablespoons peanut oil
- 400g udon noodles
- 200g green beans
- 1 onion sliced
- 5 tablespoons SIMPLY STIRRED BLACKBEAN AND PEPPER PASTE
Cooking Directions
- Cut down 1 side of the squid tube so it is laying flat and score in a crisscross pattern without cutting through, cut squid into 5 cm pieces.
- Heat wok with oil add squid and stir fry for 2 mins remove and set aside.
- Add SIMPLY STIRRED BLACKBEAN AND PEPPER PASTE and remaining ingredients and stir fry for 3 mins return squid to wok combine and divide between 4 bowls.
