Squid with Black Bean

Serving Size: 4

Ingredients

  • 400g small squid tubes- cleaned
  • 4 tablespoons peanut oil
  • 400g udon noodles
  • 200g green beans
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 5 tablespoons SIMPLY STIRRED BLACKBEAN AND PEPPER PASTE

Cooking Directions

  1. Cut down 1 side of the squid tube so it is laying flat and score in a crisscross pattern without cutting through, cut squid into 5 cm pieces.
  2. Heat wok with oil add squid and stir fry for 2 mins remove and set aside.
  3. Add SIMPLY STIRRED BLACKBEAN AND PEPPER PASTE and remaining ingredients and stir fry for 3 mins return squid to wok combine and divide between 4 bowls.
