Ingredients
- 2 tbls SIMPLY STIRRED PEANUT & LIME PASTE
- 2 tbls soy sauce
- 500gm minced pork .
- 1 small onion- roughly chopped
- 2 tsp sesame oil.
- 1 tbls peanut oil
- 2 tbls fish sauce.
- 2 tbls ketjap manis- sweet Indonesian Soy sauce
- 100gm peanuts- unsalted and crushed.
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 2 tbls fresh coriander- chopped.
Cooking Directions
- Cook noodles in boiling salted water till tender- (5 mins approx). Drain and toss with sesame oil.
- Heat wok to high heat, add peanut oil.
- When hot, add pork and onion and stir fry for 2-3 minutes..
- Add SIMPLY STIRRED PEANUT & LIME PASTE and stir fry for a few seconds, add fish sauce, ketjap manis, coconut milk and peanuts.
- Cook for a further 2-3 minutes, then toss through noodles and coriander.
- Serve.
