Pacific Oysters with Chilli and Ginger Dressing

Ingredients

  • 20 pacific oysters
  • 4 tablespoons chopped coriander
  • 30ml rice wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup SIMPLY STIRRED CHILLI AND GINGER PASTE

Cooking Directions

  1. Mix SIMPLY STIRRED CHILLI AND GINGER PASTE, coriander and rice wine vinegar together and refrigerate . When ready to serve spoon dressing over chilled oysters and serve.
