Mandarin  & Pecan Salad

Serving Size: 4

Ingredients

  • 4 large mandarins
  • 2 large carrots- peeled with a vegetable peeler into strips
  • 3 green onions- eschallots/spring onions- sliced
  • 1 red capsicum. thinly sliced
  • 60 gm snow pea sprouts, trimmed
  • 1 tbls sesame seeds- toasted
  • 2/3 cup pecan nuts- chopped
  • ½ cup SIMPLY STIRRED MANDARIN & MINT DRESSING

Cooking Directions

  1. Place all ingredients EXCEPT the SIMPLY STIRRED MANDARIN AND MINT DRESSING and sesame seeds in a bowl.
  2. Drizzle dressing over salad, place into 4 bowls and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and serve.
