Ginger and Sesame Pork Skewers (or chicken if you prefer)

Serving Size: 4

Ingredients

  • 12 PRE SOAKED bamboo skewers ( soak for at least 10 minutes)
  • 1/3 cup SIMPLY STIRRED SWEET GINGER & SESAME MARINADE
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ½ tsp sesame oil
  • 600gms pork fillet OR 600gm chicken breast fillets cut into strips

Cooking Directions

  1. Combine soy, SS SWEET GINGER & SESAME MARINADE and sesame oil in a bowl.
  2. Cut pork fillets or chicken into 2 cm cubes, add to marinade and toss to coat.
  3. Stand in fridge for at 15 minutes.
  4. PREHEAT BBQ plate or chargrill on high heat.
  5. Brush well with oil.
  6. Thread meat onto skewers and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until pork or chicken cooked through.
