Ginger and Sesame Pork Skewers (or chicken if you prefer)

Serving Size: 4
Ingredients
- 12 PRE SOAKED bamboo skewers ( soak for at least 10 minutes)
- 1/3 cup SIMPLY STIRRED SWEET GINGER & SESAME MARINADE
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- ½ tsp sesame oil
- 600gms pork fillet OR 600gm chicken breast fillets cut into strips
Cooking Directions
- Combine soy, SS SWEET GINGER & SESAME MARINADE and sesame oil in a bowl.
- Cut pork fillets or chicken into 2 cm cubes, add to marinade and toss to coat.
- Stand in fridge for at 15 minutes.
- PREHEAT BBQ plate or chargrill on high heat.
- Brush well with oil.
- Thread meat onto skewers and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until pork or chicken cooked through.
