Ingredients

  • 500gm lean pork strips
  • 2 tablspoons peanut oil
  • 8 shallots cut into 4 cm lengths
  • 1/2 red capsicum thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup chopped corriander
  • 5 tablespoons SIMPLY STIRRED CHILLI AND GINGER PASTE
  • Warm rice or Hokkein Noodles to serve.

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat wok with peanut oil and stir fry pork strips and SIMPLY STIRRED CHILLI AND GINGER PASTE together for 3-4 minutes.
  2. Remove pork from Wok and set aside.
  3. Add a little more oil if needed, then add shallots and capsicum and stir fry until slightly softened.
  4. Return pork to wok and toss through, divide into four bowls with rice or noodles and serve.
