Ingredients
- 500gm lean pork strips
- 2 tablspoons peanut oil
- 8 shallots cut into 4 cm lengths
- 1/2 red capsicum thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup chopped corriander
- 5 tablespoons SIMPLY STIRRED CHILLI AND GINGER PASTE
- Warm rice or Hokkein Noodles to serve.
Cooking Directions
- Heat wok with peanut oil and stir fry pork strips and SIMPLY STIRRED CHILLI AND GINGER PASTE together for 3-4 minutes.
- Remove pork from Wok and set aside.
- Add a little more oil if needed, then add shallots and capsicum and stir fry until slightly softened.
- Return pork to wok and toss through, divide into four bowls with rice or noodles and serve.
