Chicken Kebabs with Peanut Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breast fillets cut into strips
  • 12 skewers- soaked in cold water for 15 mins to prevent burning.
  • peanut oil
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 3/4 cup SIMPLY STIRRED PEANUT AND LIME PASTE

Cooking Directions

  1. Thread chicken strips onto skewers and marinade in 1/4 cup of SIMPLY STIRRED PEANUT AND LIME PASTE minimum of ½ hour- ( 2 hours preferred)
  2. Heat BBQ and cook skewers for 6- 8 mins ,turning several times.( you can also cook on a grill)
  3. Mix remaining peanut and lime paste with the coconut cream, heat in microwave for 60 seconds, or in a small saucepan till warm and pour into small bowl.
  4. Place 3 skewers onto each plate and serve with dipping sauce
