Ingredients
- 2 chicken breast fillets cut into strips
- 12 skewers- soaked in cold water for 15 mins to prevent burning.
- peanut oil
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 3/4 cup SIMPLY STIRRED PEANUT AND LIME PASTE
Cooking Directions
- Thread chicken strips onto skewers and marinade in 1/4 cup of SIMPLY STIRRED PEANUT AND LIME PASTE minimum of ½ hour- ( 2 hours preferred)
- Heat BBQ and cook skewers for 6- 8 mins ,turning several times.( you can also cook on a grill)
- Mix remaining peanut and lime paste with the coconut cream, heat in microwave for 60 seconds, or in a small saucepan till warm and pour into small bowl.
- Place 3 skewers onto each plate and serve with dipping sauce
