- 1 cup red wine
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 8 tablespoons SIMPLY STIRRED SZECHUAN AND KAFFIR LIME PASTE
Cooking Directions
- Heat frypan to high, drizzle a little oil on pan and cook steaks to your personal liking.
- Add SIMPLY STIRRED SZECHUAN AND KAFFIR LIME PASTE to frypan and saute for 1 min .
- Add red wine to pan and reduce sauce for 3-4 mins
