Beef Eye Fillet with Szechuan Glaze

Ingredients

  • 4/ 200g beef eye fillet steaks
  • 1 cup red wine
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 8 tablespoons SIMPLY STIRRED SZECHUAN AND KAFFIR LIME PASTE

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat frypan to high, drizzle a little oil on pan and cook steaks to your personal liking.
  2. Add SIMPLY STIRRED SZECHUAN AND KAFFIR LIME PASTE to frypan and saute for 1 min .
  3. Add red wine to pan and reduce sauce for 3-4 mins
