Ingredients
- 500gm ‘Heart Smart’ beef strips
- 1/4 cup SIMPLY STIRRED BLACKBEAN AND PEPPER PASTE
- 1 red capsicum- deseeded and sliced
- 1 bunch broccolini
- 150gm green beans- topped and taile
- 4 tbs olive oil
Cooking Directions
- Heat wok to high heat, add 2 tsp oil. Cook beef in 2 batches until just cooked through. Transfer to a plate.
- Heat remaining oil, add capsicum, broccolini and beans- stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Add SIMPLY STIRRED BLACKBEAN AND PEPPER PASTE and 1 tbls water, stir, cover and cook for 1 minute.
- Return beef to wok and toss to coat.
- Serve on steamed rice.
