Ingredients
- 24 store bought savoury tartlet shells- LINCOLN or Filoettes are perfect.
- 2 Tbls Olive Oil
- 2 Tbls SS CARAMELIZED BALSAMIC
- 500gm mixed cherry/grape/yellow tomatoes- cut in ½.
- ¼ cup finely shredded basil leaves
- 1 garlic clove crushed
- 100gms marinated feta- either a Danish or Persian feta.
Cooking Directions
- Whisk oil, SS CARAMELIZED BALSAMIC, salt & pepper in a bowl till well combined.
- Add tomato, basil & garlic and mix well.
- Place tomato filling in tartlet cases, and sprinkle with feta.
- Place in an ooven at 160 degrees for 8-10 minutes, remove
- Drizzle a little more SS CARAMELIZED BALSAMIC over the tartlets and serve.
