The Simply Stirred website is owned and operated by Simply Stirred Pty Ltd ABN 131 741 458. By completing the registration process and completing a transaction, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Simply Stirred maintains the right to ammend these terms and conditions at any time and any ammendment will become effective immediately.
All orders are subject to our terms and conditions of sale as follows:
- Orders are to be paid in full prior to dispatch of goods. Payment can be made by credit card or EFTPOS [ visa,mastercard and bankcard] – available only by phoning the office, bank or personal cheques or Australia Post money orders made out to Simply Stirred and posted to PO Box 66 Condong NSW 2484.
- Goods purchased by bank or personal cheque or money order will only be dispatched once funds have cleared [1-5 working days].
- Goods WILL NOT be sent to a PO BOX address. All goods must be sent to a street address as signature is required on delivery.
- Out of Stock Items, if a product is out of stock we will contact you and either place it on back order or replace with similar product after instruction from customer. Customer will not be liable for any additional postage.
- Incorrect Choice - Simply Stirred does not accept any responsibility for goods that are ordered incorrectly.
- All Products for sale on the Simply Stirred Website are listed in Australian Dollars. GST applies to the product shown as Asian Spiced Dukkah and Dukkah Dipper Pack.
- Postage and Handling, The postage charges that appear when you checkout include postage, packaging, handling and Goods and Services Tax for postage only.
- Shipping is via Registered Australia Post and delivery should be expected 7 - 10 days from our receipt of cleared funds.
- Overseas orders. Unfortunately a shipping price cannot be quoted online. We will contact you to discuss the shipping prices and your choice of shipping method. The price of shipping depends on the weight and destination.
- Any party engaged in illegal activities involving the use of this website will be subject to civil and criminal sanctions and prosecution.
- It is a violation of the law to place orders under a false name or with a fraudulently obtained credit card. Fraudulent ordering will be prosecuted to the fullest extent the law allows.
- We do not sell or supply your details to any third party under any circumstances. All credit card details are destroyed after each transaction and card details are not kept on record.
