Now you can’t be serious!! Useless cook ?? Bah Humbug !! I am sure you can cook up a storm – especially using our products. The mandarin and mint is one of my personal favourites – its so light and summery and makes any simply green salad so tasty. Thanks for taking the time to write to us and please keep trying our recipes – we designed them especially so that they were pretty easy to prepare. Lets face it – no-one has spare time anymore.

i have tried your products before and wanted to purchase some for my staff and clients to try. I have tried a few outlets while on holiday in the sunshine coast area and cannot get the ones I want. What a simple yet delicious recipe. My limited culinary expertise was not even challenged. Mandarins were out of season so I used tinned. Still a great success.
Congratulations on a great product.
No wonder it’s won awards!

A gift from my daughter after a weekend spent in Canberra with a besty from school days … I was presented with a bottle of Sweet Chjilli Lime & Coriander Dressing. Our first salad later and we were fans for life … can’t wait to receive my first oder. And simply can’t beleive it is made in the town I grew up in !!!! Cardiff – who’d have thought?? I’ll drop in for a look at the whole range next time I’m visiting ……

I would simply use some parsley – Italian Parsley if you have it as it has a nice broad leaf and will look good in this dish.
